You can cancel your OptiGPU subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period and your data remains accessible until that date. We will send you a confirmation email after cancellation.
Fastest path: sign in and open the Billing portal. The Cancel subscription button is at the bottom of the Billing portal page.

Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for unused time within the current paid period, except where required by mandatory law in your jurisdiction. If you believe you have a mandatory refund right (for example, a withdrawal right because the service was provided to you as a consumer), email [email protected] and we will assess in good faith.
Deleting a user account is separate from cancelling a workspace subscription. If you are the only workspace owner, cancel the subscription or transfer ownership before deleting your account so billing management remains available.
