Request a consumer withdrawal review

Updated July 23, 2026

Matthew Andrew Terblanche, trading as OptiGPU ("OptiGPU") provides a business-to-business service. If you subscribed for personal purposes and mandatory consumer law may apply, you can submit a request here.

Before you submit

A withdrawal request records the date and information you provide for eligibility review. It does not itself confirm consumer status, cancel a renewal, or approve a refund. Those outcomes depend on the contract, the facts, and applicable mandatory law.

If you also need to stop a future renewal, use the separate subscription cancellation route. Review the refund policy and Terms of Service for the current contractual position.

When to use this form

Submit promptly, including within 14 days of contract conclusion where that period may apply. We assess timing and eligibility rather than assuming either.

What happens next

You receive an immediate on-screen case receipt. Keep the case ID. We then review the request and contact you at the account email provided.

Withdrawal procedure version 2026-07-23; governing Terms version 2026-08-27-v1. Do not include card numbers, passwords, cloud credentials, or other secrets.
