Subscription fees
OptiGPU subscriptions renew automatically. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and your access continues until that date. We do not refund pro rata for unused time within a paid period, except where required by mandatory law.
Service credits for material outage
OptiGPU does not currently offer a contractual availability commitment. If a material outage occurs, we may at our discretion issue a service credit applied to your next invoice.
Mandatory-law refunds
If applicable mandatory law gives you a refund right (for example, a consumer withdrawal right) that the contract cannot exclude, we will honour it. Contact [email protected] with the basis for your request.
